Your Ikigai is a core team led by engineers with over 20 years in software, an in-house design studio, and a bench of vetted developers we bring in as each project needs. We take on a small number of builds at a time. Every project has a named technical lead, and there are no account managers in between.

The bench
Vetted developers, brought in per project
Alongside the core team we keep a bench of developers we have vetted and worked with. When a build needs more hands, or a skill set it doesn't already have, we bring the right people in from the bench. They work to the same standards and report to the same technical lead.
Every developer has a full profile: stack, seniority, experience, how they work with AI, and availability. You can read the profile of anyone assigned to your project in the client portal before they start.
We only publish a profile here once a developer has agreed to it. If you'd like to know who is available for your project, ask and we'll go through it on a call.
