Our work
Things we've built, and what changed.
No vanity metrics and no borrowed logos. Each of these is a real project with the problem, the approach and the outcome written down plainly.
Mojimoto · Our own product · SaaS
Building a headless CMS in Laravel, because the ones we used kept getting in the way
Mojimoto is the headless CMS we built for ourselves and then for other people. A delivery API, a write API, an MCP server and SDKs for five frameworks, shipped by one developer working AI-first.

Fuller Health & Medical · Private healthcare · Hull
A private clinic that wanted to run like a modern business, not a filing cabinet
From a logo to a full clinic platform in under a year: brand, marketing site, online booking, encrypted patient portal, an admin the clinic actually uses, and a lab-test shop. One developer, AI in the loop, a regulated sector where nothing can be slapdash.

Compound · Workplace pensions · Fintech
Adding a senior developer to a pension provider's team, and shipping like three
Compound is a UK workplace pension provider with an in-house engineering team. We embedded a senior developer working AI-first, and over eleven months helped ship the employer portal, a staff admin app, a mobile app and a performance overhaul, inside their process and their tools.

Decent Energy · Home energy · Climate tech
Two years embedded with a home-energy start-up, from first brand to flexibility trading
Decent Energy helps households with solar and batteries cut cost and carbon by shifting when they use power. We have been their embedded lead developer since 2024: brand and site, customer onboarding, supplier and inverter integrations, the customer dashboard, an admin portal and the marketing CMS.
YourParkingSpace · Parking marketplace · Marketing campaign
The PCN Lottery: a marketing campaign designed and built by hand for YourParkingSpace
Turn your parking ticket into a win. A campaign concept, three full design variants, an animated entry experience and an illustrated guide to never getting a PCN again, designed by Lyndsay and built by Kai in 2024 for a parking marketplace with over two million registered UK drivers. No AI, because there was no AI. It is here to show what the craft looks like on its own.
