Decent Energy helps households with solar and batteries cut cost and carbon by shifting when they use power. We have been their embedded lead developer since 2024: brand and site, customer onboarding, supplier and inverter integrations, the customer dashboard, an admin portal and the marketing CMS.

Turn your parking ticket into a win. A campaign concept, three full design variants, an animated entry experience and an illustrated guide to never getting a PCN again, designed by Lyndsay and built by Kai in 2024 for a parking marketplace with over two million registered UK drivers. No AI, because there was no AI. It is here to show what the craft looks like on its own.

One system for a 75-year-old Hull manufacturer, from enquiry to dispatch
J&CR Wood make point-of-sale displays and sub-contract engineering in Hull. We built the platform that replaces their CRM, estimating spreadsheet, Trello boards and paper job sheets: one Laravel system for sales, estimating, planning, purchasing, stock, the shop floor, quality and dispatch.

Lantern Hollow is a cosy voxel survival game from Ikigai Game Studios, our games label. Keep the fire lit, craft what you need and hold out against the gloomlings for 62 nights. It is in alpha on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android, all built from one TypeScript codebase.
