Fuller Health & Medical · Private healthcare · Hull
A private clinic that wanted to run like a modern business, not a filing cabinet
From a logo to a full clinic platform in under a year: brand, marketing site, online booking, encrypted patient portal, an admin the clinic actually uses, and a lab-test shop. One developer, AI in the loop, a regulated sector where nothing can be slapdash.

The problem
Fuller Health & Medical is a CQC-regulated private clinic: GP appointments, ADHD assessments, blood tests, scans, minor surgery. Good clinicians, a growing list of services, and a digital setup that had not kept up. Bookings, records and stock lived in an off-the-shelf clinic system that did the basics and not much else, and the website was a brochure that could not take a booking.
They came to us first for a brand. It became clear fairly quickly that what they needed was the whole front door: a site that gets found for the services they offer, and a system behind it that patients and staff would actually use.
What we did
Lyndsay started with the identity, in November 2025. Kai followed with a marketing site and a prototype of what a patient dashboard could be, and by May 2026 we had made a call: rebuild it properly in Laravel, with the clinic's own data model rather than a wrapper around someone else's.
The build ran AI-first from the start, with the rules we use everywhere. Tests were written before the code, and there are now hundreds of them, including ones that catch the awkward browser-side regressions a server test never sees. Every change was reviewed by a person. In healthcare that is not optional: patient fields are encrypted at rest with searchable hashes alongside them, every record change is written to an immutable audit log, and access is role-based down to the field.
What shipped: a Mojimoto-driven marketing site the clinic edits themselves, an online booking flow, a patient portal for appointments, records and forms, an admin with sixteen resources for the team, prescriptions to PDF, a form builder, an ADHD triage funnel and a lab-test shop. In August we moved every existing patient, appointment and stock line across from the old system with an idempotent import, and migrated the site content from Prismic to Mojimoto in an afternoon.
What changed
The clinic now has a platform it owns outright, on modern hosting, with a content system its own staff use and a codebase one senior developer can hold in their head. The AI-first way of working is why one person could cover brand, site, portal, admin and migration in the time it did, without the quality dipping in a sector where it cannot.
Search and booking numbers are the clinic's to share, not ours. What we can say is that the site now has a real page for every service they offer, structured for search from the first commit.

Building a headless CMS in Laravel, because the ones we used kept getting in the way
Mojimoto is the headless CMS we built for ourselves and then for other people. A delivery API, a write API, an MCP server and SDKs for five frameworks, shipped by one developer working AI-first.
Adding a senior developer to a pension provider's team, and shipping like three
Compound is a UK workplace pension provider with an in-house engineering team. We embedded a senior developer working AI-first, and over eleven months helped ship the employer portal, a staff admin app, a mobile app and a performance overhaul, inside their process and their tools.
Two years embedded with a home-energy start-up, from first brand to flexibility trading
Decent Energy helps households with solar and batteries cut cost and carbon by shifting when they use power. We have been their embedded lead developer since 2024: brand and site, customer onboarding, supplier and inverter integrations, the customer dashboard, an admin portal and the marketing CMS.
